Great Victorian Bike Ride - Routes and Prices

The Great Victorian Bike Ride is Australia’s most famous and well-known riding vacation.
Every day, the moving bike festival cycles to a new town, setting up camp where we can enjoy an afternoon and evening of entertaining and events such as live music, comedy, yoga, an outdoor movie, and more!
Every year, seasoned campaigners and first-timers join together for three, five, or nine days of friendship, camping, and cycling through some of the country’s most beautiful regions.
Three great ride options and their prices
In 2021, The Great Victorian Bike Ride starts on Saturday the 27th of Nov and goes till Sunday the 5th of December; explore the Art Silos and the Grampians in Western Victoria, and you may select from three riding choices.
Early bird entries are now open, and you can join the Great Victorian Bike Ride with a $200 or less deposit.

Ride 01: Rainbow – Great Western | 9 days | Early Bird $1,085
The whole Great Vic. With new and old friends, you’ll spend nine days camping, riding, and exploring this lovely region of Victoria.

- Summary: Arrival day, 7 ride days and 1 rest day
- Total distance: 532km
- Elevation: 2,200m+
- Average daily: Approximately 80km (not including rest day)
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided (excluding breakfast on 27 November, lunch on 2 December and lunch on 5 December)
- Type of bike: Road bike or hybrid bike recommended
- Inclusions: Camping spot, campsite facilities, all meals*, full on-route support, luggage transfers, entertainment and much more!
Ride 02: Rainbow – Halls Gap | 5 days | Early Bird $755
Starting in Rainbow, you’ll start on one of the great excursions to the Grampians’ pristine highlands.

Ride 03: Halls Gap – Great Western | 3 days | Early Bird $535
A taste of the Great Vic while taking in the splendour of the Grampians and the Southwestern area of Victoria.
