Shipping of Products

All bikes, parts and accessories are sent from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouses.

Bikes are large and bulky items to ship and can take longer than smaller items to reach the customer. Luckily, we have some great companies that we use to ship all our products. All products are shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours of purchase. For all metro deliveries allow 5 – 10 business days and up to 15 business days for non-metro. Any orders purchased on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. If you are in remote areas of Australia, please allow for a extra days.

All bikes are sent partially assembled and generally only require handlebars, front wheel, seat and pedals if the bike came with them.

We strongly suggest that you have all items delivered to a work address if someone can not be home during the working week. This will mean the item is delivered to safe location and signature provided. We do not suggest having it shipped to a residential address if there cannot be signed for. There will be an extra fee for redeliveries. You can select an alternate address to your home address when purchasing your new bike.

If you made a mistake with your purchase and wish to return the bike, then all shipping charges shall be paid by the customer to return the bike to the warehouse. The bike must be still it its box with all packaging in place and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

The cost of shipping bikes varies due to the size, weight and address it is being delivered to. We may charge a small amount to cover the cost of shipping to anywhere in Australia. This will be shown during the purchase of your bike in the “checkout” section. Please check that your address is correct, so the correct shipping cost is calculated.
