Our warranty covers all manufactured warranties. Any faults or problems with any bikes or parts must first be done through our email. This so we can log and track all information given to us. Please talk to us before sending any items back as we may be able to offer another alternative.
Bike Instore reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty, and we will conduct a quality check once we have received the items. If they are deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.
For returning of purchased items, all items must be in the original saleable condition and packaging, Bikes Instore will happily offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of original purchase
